The HZ-2003 footwear abrasion tester evaluates the abrasion resistance of finished shoes, molded soles and flat specimens made from rubber, TPR, polyurethane and plastics.
Applicable standard: GB/T 3903.2-94, General Test Methods for Footwear—Abrasion Resistance.
Technical specifications:
1. Abrasion wheel: T12 steel, 20 ± 0.1 mm diameter, 4 ± 0.1 mm thick, 72 teeth, 90° ± 5° tooth angle, 0.2 ± 0.05 mm tooth-tip width, Ra 3.2 μm surface roughness, hardness ≥ HRC 55 and 0.03 mm coaxiality.
2. Wheel speed: adjustable from 100 to 300 r/min.
