HZ-2108 Taber Abrasion Tester

The HZ-2108 Taber abrasion tester evaluates the wear resistance of leather, fabrics, plastics, coatings, paper, flooring, plywood, glass and natural rubber. A standard specimen is abraded with the specified wheel and load for a preset number of revolutions, after which wear is assessed visually or by mass loss.

Available abrasive wheels include H18, H22, CS17, S32 and S33.

Applicable standards: DIN 53754, DIN 53799, DIN 53109, DIN 52347, TAPPI T476, ASTM D1044, ASTM D3884 and ISO 5470.
